1. Please note that this agreement is a commitment to providing food services on the dates above
2. All Vendors are required to be compliant with all acts of New Zealand Law
3. All Vendors are required to be compliant with the requests of authorised public officials
4. All Vendors are contractors to RACE Trentham and therefore are required to have their own public indemnification
5. RACE Trentham will take no liability for the damage, theft or property or unlawful actions of contractors
6. Vendors are invited to the site at the discretion of the RACE Trentham and may be removed from the site without explanation

NOTE: Credit card transactions will incur a 1.9% convenience fee. We do not receive any part of this fee.

Security

Online payment transactions are provided through a secure website. However, you acknowledge and agree that internet transmissions are never entirely secure or private, and that any message or information you send to or through our website and while using online transactions (including credit card information) may be read or intercepted by others, even where a website is stated as being secure. RACE Inc and its employees shall have no liability for the interception or 'hacking' of any data through our RACE Inc website or any other website by unauthorised third parties.
