Terms & Conditions
  1. Application & Acceptance
    • All prospective stallholders must complete the online registration form and submit payment to secure a stall.
    • Acceptance of a stallholder application is at the sole discretion of the organisers.
  2. Stall Fees & Payment
    • Stall fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
    • Payments can be made via the specified online payment portal.
  3. Refunds & Transfers
    • All payments are non-refundable.
    • Transfers of stall bookings to other dates are not permitted.
    • In the event a stallholder is unable to attend the Night Market, no refunds or credits will be issued.
  4. Stall Setup & Operation
    • Stallholders must adhere to the setup and teardown times provided by the organisers.
    • All stalls must be ready and operational by the official start time of the Night Market.
    • Stallholders are responsible for maintaining their area in a clean and safe condition.
  5. Compliance & Conduct
    • Stallholders must comply with all local laws, regulations, and market guidelines.
    • Offensive, dangerous, or illegal items are prohibited.
    • Stallholders must professionally conduct themselves at all times.
  6. Liability & Insurance
    • Stallholders are responsible for their own liability insurance.
    • The Night Market organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by stallholders or their property.
  7. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
    • The Night Market will proceed rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the postponement date is Friday 29th November 2024.
    • A refund will only be issued if for unforeseen circumstances the organisers have to cancel the market.
  8. Marketing & Promotion
    • By participating in the Night Market, stallholders agree to allow the use of their business name, logo, and images for promotional purposes by the organisers.
  9. Termination of Agreement
    • The Night Market organisers reserve the right to terminate a stallholder's participation at any time for breach of these terms and conditions, without refund.
  10. Acceptance of Terms
    • By submitting the registration form and payment, stallholders agree to these terms and conditions in full.
